Oral presentations
Unless otherwise communicated to the speaker, oral presentations will STRICTLY be 20 minutes long, including a 5 minutes discussion.
Facilities for overhead and PowerPoint 2003 presentations,
but NOT for slide projection, will be available. PowerPoint 2003 presentations
can be either e-mailed in advance to proteomics@lippmann.lu or
brought at the conference either in a CD-ROM or in a USB memory stick. This
last option is preferred. Please: do not provide PowerPoint
2007 or 2010 presentation. Convert your presentation to PowerPoint 2003 before
sending it.
We strongly advise you to e-mail your PowerPoint
2003 presentations in advance. This will allow us to test whether your file
is fully compatible with our equipment and you will avoid bad surprises. Note
that e-mailed attached files cannot be larger than 10 Mb but that you can send
several files if needed.
If you cannot e-mail your presentation in advance, please note that you will be asked to provide your CD-ROM or USB memory stick the day before your presentation is scheduled.
