Hotels
Accomodation has been pre-booked for participants in a range of local hotels. Special rates will be available to delegates in D'Coque, in the Hotel Parc Plaza, in the Hotel Mercure Centre Gare., in the Ibis Luxembourg Aéroport, in the Grand Hotel Victor Hugo, in the Hotel Victo Hugo, in the Hotel Simoncini, in the Hotel Français and in the Hotel Parc Belle-Vue. The prices are clearly indicated in the "Hotel booking form".

For the participants wishing to stay in one of the indicated hotels, please send back the "Hotel booking form" to the Luxembourg Convention Bureau by e-mail or by FAX, no later than September 17th, 2010 . After that date we cannot assure you accommodation in the pre-booked hotels. No preferential rate is available through direct booking to the hotels.
