Call for papers

The "Conference on Proteomics in Plants, Microorganisms and Environment" will aim to gather scientists involved in the field of proteomics to exchange ideas and to present the latest technical findings. Attention will also be focused on a wide range of perspectives including the applied and basic principles, in different fields of application: opportunities in environmental science, crop improvement, elucidation of new metabolic pathways, differentiation of strains, etc. Proteomics unravels molecular and cellular mechanisms and complements the numerous data obtained by the genomic studies, reflecting the real activity in cells, revolutionizing the understanding of living organisms' responses to a wide range of conditions. Technical experts will also be present, during the conference, to discuss solutions to practical problems arising during the setting up of proteomic experiments.

This conference welcomes communications on new strategies opening the way from proteomics of cell to biological communities, from gel-based to gel-free analyses.
